Unilever Sales Director, Walmart International & Sustainability in Rogers, Arkansas

Background & Purpose of the Job

Walmart is one of Unilever’s largest customers. A key part of this team is the business we have with Walmart internationally (i.e. markets outside of the US). The Director, Business Development (WM International and Sustainability) will play a key role in the strategy development for Walmart internationally, as well as the development and execution of a Walmart/Unilever framework that creates value for our mutual sustainability programs (USLP/Gigaton).

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

In thisrole, you will:

-Deliver strong Joint Business Plans forUnilever with Walmart International

-Manage centralized relationship with WalmartInternational including Top to Top, Consumer Goods Forum, and Joint BusinessPlanning

-Drive capability building for Unilever markets

-Drive sustainability platforms with Walmartlocally and globally

-Liaise with Unilever Sustainability team toalign key initiatives into Walmart planning

  • You’re a born leader: Lead and drive the Unilever/Walmart International Community.

  • You’re a strategy guru: Set and refresh the strategic agenda for Unilever’s business with Walmart International. Drive execution of Unilever’s strategy.

  • You love to win, and have fun doingit: Work with Markets to deliver the core strategy and agenda. Drive growth with Walmart international and win on key growth metrics.

  • You’re a changemaker: Develop and leverage relationship with Walmart Sustainability leaders to create value from sustainability initiatives.

  • You’re a culture & changechampion: Lead and execute the CD connected world agenda with Walmart internationally.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 10 years of industry experience in a customerfacing, category, or customer marketing role.

  • Experience with Walmart or Walmart Internationala plus.

  • Proven experience in innovation and strategicinfluencing across markets at senior levels.

  • Proven experience addressing businesschallenges and delivery.

  • Ability to work cross functionally and acrosscultures.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to takenumbers and propose concrete actions

  • P&L ownership to draw conclusions and makerecommendations

  • Passion for USLP and sustainabilityinitiatives; ability to articulate into growth initiatives
