Unilever Vendor Management Specialist in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
Background & Purpose of the Job
Unilever is seeking a customer focusedVendor Management Specialist to join our Out-of-Home (“OOH”) operation at ourEnglewood Cliffs, New Jersey location to manage all vendor services for the OOHice cream division. In this role, you willmanage the following OOHvendors/suppliers areas including: cabinet manufacturers - national andinternational, field service repair, warehouse and distribution, transportationand shipping and graphic/brand wrap printer suppliers and 3rdparty.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Liaise with Unileverlogistics/transportation team to ensure timely delivery of freezer cabinets toUS: adhere to import shipping regulations/procedures, execute loading plans, developannual international shipping lanes
Support SalesOperations Manager and finance business partners on financial reportingpertaining to inventory asset control and global COM project
Liaise andassist Sales Operations Analyst for invoice deductions and cabinet rental fee activityas it relates to Distributor Cabinet Rental Bills
Assist SalesOperations Manager and own the annual Perfect Store audit in collaboration with3rd Party vendor and deploy reporting to leadership and field sales teams (RBM,KAM, NAM)
Assist CabinetOperations Specialist with Distributor and Distribution Center cabinet andvendor inquiries
Monitor andmanage existing field based cabinet assets in the cabinet management system(FMS) to ensure accuracy of cabinet locations
Liaise with Pepsi Service Advantage and Konopfield service for customer verification and KONOP relating to Not-To Exceed (NTEs)requests.
Upload all pertinent cabinet information intoFMS including: pricing, serial numbers, date manufactured, IBM depreciationasset registry, shipping container data, etc.

WhatYou’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management from anaccredited college or university; a minimum of 5 years’ work experience. Must have intermediate to advance MS OfficeSuite skills, especially with Excel. Strong attention to detail; projectmanagement and vendor management experience needed.
