Background& Purpose of the Job
The Associate Customer & Channel Manager(ACCM) is responsible for assisting in leading the development and deploymentof channel specific annual business plans, which deliver category developmentand competitive growth in the marketplace. The ACCM interfaces strategicallyacross the business, representing Customer Development interests incross-functional interactions at a senior level. This position works on theiconic Suave Hair Care business that stretches across multiple product rangeswhere the brand maintains leadership in the value segment.
The position will be responsible for co-leadingthe development and deployment of channel specific annual business plansdelivering category development and competitive growth in the marketplace. TheACCM interfaces strategically across the business, representing CustomerDevelopment interests in cross-functional interactions. Incorporating channeland customer insights into the development of the Suave brand in Hair Carecategory to building annual plans that deliver competitive growth. Positionwill also work on core organization processes including S&OP, IntegratedBusiness Planning, Net Revenue Management, National Pricing, and InnovationPlanning across 6 P’s with global and local marketing teams.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's degree required,MBA preferred
1-2 years of experience inconsumer goods and sales/customer development
Strong analytical skills
Strong understanding ofchannel and customer fragmentation and strategies with previous experience
Ability to operate in afast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovation approaches in ateam-based structure
