Unilever Trade Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

Background & Purpose of the Job

The TMA will work very closely with the division TMM’s and BDM. The TMA will perform analysis and other projects requested by the TMM’s and BDM, but also should be willing to surface issues discovered during routine analysis and reporting.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

Support the overall objectives of the Trade Marketing Department, including accomplishing volume and spend targets. Support will include analysis, systems monitoring, and surfacing issues for the TMM and BDM.

You’re a strategy guru:Perform Post Promotional Analysis. Work within the Business Development department to foster profitable business practices and grow sales profitably.

You love to win, and have fun doing it:Develop and maintain routine sales, and AC Nielsen reports.

You’re a story teller:Fulfil project requests from the field (as assigned by BDM).

You’re a dot connector:Alert respective Trade Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager of issues surfaced via analysis and regular reporting/evaluate reports. Trade Marketing Analyst will perform analysis and reporting for Team Leaders, TMM’s, BDM, RSM’s, ASM Business Managers, and the Division Director.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

4 year undergrad degree

1-2 plus years Field Sales or Trade Marketing experience

Database Analysis/Management

Analytics

Communication skills

Technical skills- Excel and PowerPoint (advanced user in both)
